Housing Repair Program

The Rebuilding on a Firm Foundation Housing Repair Program will make minor home improvements available to homeowners of a single family, real property or mobile homes within Muskegon County.

Minimum Qualifications

• Muskegon County residents.

• Own and occupy the home as a principal residence and have a household income that does not exceed 80% of Muskegon County’s area median income.

• Must hold a homeowner insurance policy with insurance premiums current at the time of application.

  This is not a guarantee of qualification, but rather the minimum qualification criteria.
